Refurbished Ironman bumper for a FZJ80.
Was involved in a low speed accident and the crumple zone in the frame horn mounting bracket/winch plate performed as designed.
Repaired, straightened, ready to go.

Located in Ogden, UT.

$600 for local pick-up. Trades for getting my 80 overland outfitted considered.

We straightened out the crumple zone built into the Ironman mounting bracket and welded in a new drivers side upright. It will be all cleaned up and painted prior to sale. Should be done tomorrow. Will upload more pics as the final details are done. Can arrange pick up/delivery any time after that

Test fit was done to ensure adequate recovery of fit and lines.

Price shipped to 66048?

Prefer local pick-up, but would consider Fastenal shipping (uninsured). That typically runs between $150 and $200.

If you are serious at a potential $200 shipping cost I can get a more specific quote.

Which new bumper did you get? Why selling this one? Think its structural integrity has been compromised? :hmm:

1. ARB. I was going to replace with another Ironman because I like how easy it is to mount the winch but it seems more difficult to get them.
2. It didn't occur to me to repair this one until after I already had the ARB bought and picked up from Cruiser Outfitters. If I can't sell this one I might consider selling the ARB and putting this one back on.
3. No. See the posts and pics at the beginning of the thread. The bumper functioned as designed. We straightened out what could be cleanly straightened and cut out/welded in new what couldn't.
