Hello,

My 1 FZ-FE has some minor flaws.
When it's hot and I'm in traffic, stopping at traffic lights, sometimes not always, does not idle properly, (please see video, The last increase in RPM is an acceleration by me, to keep the engine running)

Spark plugs, cables, rotor, distributor cup, ignition coil, fuel filter, are almost new.

Has anyone had a similar problem or any thoughts on it ?

Thanks !!!!!

AICV and or TPS
These are the two that send the signal to the ECU

I would also check the wiring harness next to the EGR. They are known to melt due to them running close to the EGR and causes shorts and poor idle.

Don't forget the ICM (ignition control module). It
manages the timing and firing of the spark plugs in a vehicle.

Also check for vacuum leaks of the hoses/lines
Check the MAF/VAF line
Fusible link and EFI fuse
Bad Grounds
These are a few of easy diagnosis you can check.
