I purchased all parts from Cruiser Dan at American Toyota a few years ago for a '94 Land Cruiser I no longer own. It was his standard parts kit for this work so you can be sure it includes everything. All parts are labeled (except for one - can't figure out what it is).

*unknown part pairing appears to be a snap ring seal of some sort. I've lost the original packing list and receipt, but it completes the kit.
