I have an annoying issue I would love to get some help with.

My dash lights are nearly all out. The cluster works, the dimmer works (pretty much only on the cluster since the rest doesn’t light up anymore), the clock works and the nav screen works. Everything else is dark. Please see below, everything circled in red no longer lights up.

I checked anll the fuses and the engine compartment fuse, #15 highlighted below, blows any time I turn the headlights to ‘on’. My guess is that the dash lights turn on with the headlights and thus the fuse blows every time?

I installed a grom vline over a year ago which still works. The lights all went out a few months ago seemingly out of the blue. I figured I’d include this info in case it’s relevant but I don’t suspect it’s a problem. Will definitely check the wires back there to be 100% sure.

Has anyone experienced this before? Any potential wires that are prone to breaking? I love working on this truck but I’m absolutely useless at wiring.

CHECK YOUR TRAILER WIRING. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE NO SHORT CITCUIT AT THE CONNECTOR. IT COULD ALSO BE A BURNT BRAKE LIGHT BULB WHERE THE SECOND FILAMENT MAY BE RESTING ON THE GROUND POST (SORRY FOR THE CAPS ON)

I'll definitely check that tonight. Just curious, what is the correlation between interior lights and trailer wiring? Again, I'm completely useless at wiring. Appreciate your help!
