Does anyone have any recommendations for an affordable full exhaust assembly for a 1974 FJ40 including a muffler insulator? Thanks!

Go to a good exhaust shop in your area. They should be able to build anything custom. All brand new exhaust is great.

Thanks. I checked SOR and can get the whole system (except the muffler heat shield), but shipping costs are nearly $300.

Your welcome...Thats the downside with shipping...l'm in the UK & the shipping from anywhere is..horrendous. Alternatively you could try Megazip.net... they also list suppliers in the US/Japan/UAE/Dubai etc...
