The site looks like a bunch of technobabble and gimmicks... however I do agree with good filtration, especially if you live in an area with questionable fuel quality.

But if you think a filter is going to increase performance, make for easier starts and improve economy you’ll be sadly mistaken.

Primarily good filtration will protect your pump and injectors resulting in longer service life, but not much more.

I personally use the fuel manager 2 micron filters inline but after the stock filter, and have a provent catch can...


I use that brand as the quality is really good, price is reasonable (via eBay/coupons) and it’s local here in Australia. But any quality brand should do the job (just remember you get what you pay for).
 
Why not keep it simple with a Parker Racor R20T filter separator followed by the Toyota filter (at least on a 2H).
230R2
230R10 are some part numbers to look for.
