So I recently noticed that my charcoal cannister wasn't working and causing pressure to build up in the fuel system causing the fuel cap to overflow after parking. As suggested by members on the forum, I went ahead and swapped the hoses on the charcoal cannister and the problem went away. I don't get any pressure in the fuel system even when I open the fuel cap.
The issue i did noticed is that the last few times I filled the tank, the fuel would always overflow because the gas station's fuel pump wouldn't automatically stop. I thought it was an issue with the gas station but its happened at a few gas stations. Fuel just overflows all over the side of the fuel filler and onto the paint and I need to clean it up. Any ideas?
