Fuel Injector - Gasket? (1 Viewer)

Hey All,

I had my fuel injectors cleaned/serviced and I'm putting them back into the fuel rails; however, I noticed I'm missing a part on some of them.
The top gasket that sits at the egress point of the injector that sits into the intake manifold. You can see I have one here (black) but the other three are missing.

At first I thought this was the insulator, 23291-41010 but that seems to be the part on the other side.

Does anyone know what PN this component is? Is this a 'go to autozone' kind of thing or an OEM only kind of deal?

You’re missing the insulator and the caps, the latter of which aren’t available from Toyota without buying a new injector. Who did your injector cleaning?

In their defense I can't 100% confirm I gave them the caps/insulators; however, I can't find them anywhere so I'm assuming I did. Perhaps they were worn/destroyed and just tossed them without telling me.

I just got the insulators in the mail and noticed they are not the 'pintle caps' I was expecting.

Thanks for giving me the correct name and that both parts are required.

@JunkCrzr89, do you know if these pintle caps are vehicle specific? Do you think these NAPA ones would work?

The caps aren’t necessarily vehicle-specific but they are brand + injector type specific. The ones you linked from Napa won’t work. The ones I posted above should work.

Are you sure they aren't sitting in the manifold you took the injectors out of? Just went through this and had to carefully pick the old gaskets out after removing the rail and injectors.

First thing I did was go check. Sadly not. The link above seems to be what I needed anyway.
