I have a really weird question. I have a boat that is Powered by a pair of 6 cyl. chevies. Sorry At this point I don't know the model. I want to know what rpm that these beasts don't suck fuel. Can I run at say 1200 rpm or 1800 rpm and get some sort of reasonable GPH.
Anyone with experience in regrinding cams?? I am not looking for speed. Just 8 to 9 Knots.

Sounds like this should be over in "Other Vehicle Tech", not here in the 60-series Cruiser tech section . . .

Twin 6 cyl in a 60. And you though it had a big A**.
