It has some surface rust. Clean on the inside. I will take some more pics in a bit.
I assume the neck is for gas and not diesel?

5 year old post guys. Not sure I have either at this point. Would likely need to charge more for either if I still have them to account for the large increase in shipping costs over the past few years.
