I'm planning a long drive with my young son in 'Biscuit' our 1992 RJ77 with a 22R. I've been hunting diligently here looking for the FSM for the vehicle but have been unable to find. If anyone has some suggestions, I'd be very grateful.

The instant reason for hunting for the FSM is that the heater hose where it enters the firewall was leaking a bit. I've now taken it off and seen that the nipple on the firewall has been crushed a bit. I may just seal off the heater for now. But I really would like to have the FSM for the 77 before undertaking this trip.

P.S. Does anyone know if the standard nipple size for these toyota's is 16mm ID?

RM183E covers the RJ7x series. There are a couple versions of this manual floating around for free download (links on mud, just search). It covers absolutely everything about your RJ77 except for the 22R engine. The engine manual you need for your version of the 22R is RM053E I believe. I'm pretty certain this is available for free download also.

Here is the manual (RM183E):

Another version of RM183E that is more complete (includes sections missing in the other version), but is a little mixed up:

One thing I discovered is that anything that is 77 series specific is not covered by the RM183E but maybe I am wrong. I am speaking for interior and exterior body components, not the mechanical stuff.

Regarding the 22R, I could not find strictly the engine manual (RM053E) for it online, but there are tons of mini-truck manuals available that do cover the 22R.

Thank you so much, GTS! I will comment back on what I see about the 77-specific stuff.

I think you're getting confused with RM315E. It is the super generalized one. RM183E is very 1990+ 70 series specific.
