SOLD!!!!! For Sale or Trade:
1984 FJ60 Toyota Landcruiser
184,xxx miles Blue w/ grey interior (daily driver so miles going up)
4x4 with locking hubs (manual)
A/C works and runs really cold!
Asking $5200 OBO
This LandCruiser is in FANTASTIC shape and has tons of extras! It has spent its entire life in California until about 2 months ago when I brought it to Birmingham, AL. Here are the extras:
Tuffy Box with MP3 compatible cd player
Old Man Emu Suspension Lift (2.5” I believe)
OME Greasable Shackles
BF Goodrich 31X10.50 15 Tires (Decent Shape)
Flowmaster Exhuast Muffler
Brush Guard and Step Bars
K&N Air Filter
Trailer Receiver Ball
ALL of the Toyota OEM Manuals (Engine, Chassis, A/C, etc)
This Cruiser is in amazing condition and is used as a daily driver. I have all of the receipts from all the work done over the years. To my knowledge: New Radiator and hoses, Rebuilt Carb, New Distributor and Lines/Plugs, New Fuel Pump (9/08), Strong Battery. This summer I serviced the whole vehicle with all new fluids (Engine Oil, Tranny Oil, Differential Oil, Greased all joints). I also just did a recent oil change and tire rotation (9/08).
The interior is in fabulous shape. The headliner is in great shape and the carpet is original and in very good shape for how old it is. The Rear cargo area has non-original industrial grade carpet installed and looks really nice. The seats are all in really good shape except for the typical small tears (2-3”) in the vinyl on the drivers seat. The Dash does have small cracks in it from where somebody stole the radio but I have installed a nice wood cover over the OEM radio hole which covers the hole and some of the crack. (See Pics)
The outside of the car has almost absolutely NO RUST except that shown in the pictures (Rear driver side window is worst. . see pic). The frame and floor pans (under carpet as well) are all virtually rust free as it has spent its entire life in California. There are several dings and dents on the exterior of the car including the bumper but nothing major. (See Pics) A previous owner installed a roof rack and then removed it so the holes have been sealed. The paint is what potentially needs some attention although for its age it is in AMAZING condition. There is hardly any rust yet but the paint is oxidized and bits are beginning to flake on the roof. It is only a matter of time before it starts rusting here in the humid south. However, I really like the way the cruiser looks currently and wish it were still in a dry climate.
I hope that I have provided all the information necessary but feel free to ask any questions.
Asking $5200 OBO or willing to trade for Dual Sport Adventure Motorcycle of equal value (Triumph, BMW, KLR, etc).
