2002 Ford F250 XLT,4x4, SuperCab, Short Bed, 7.3L diesel. 79,000 miles. Original owner. EXCELLENT CONDITION. $24,500 OBO

Silver exterior, Grey interior, bucket seats w/center console, single CD w/cassette, CC, PW, PDL, AC, tilt, ABS, remote entry, factory tinted windows, tow package, towing mirrors, camper package, off-road package, back-up parking sensors, shift on the fly 4WD, adjustable foot pedals, sliding rear window, fog lights, Lariat alloy wheels, Line-X bedliner, digital trailer brake controller, custom heavy duty rear bumper (stock bumper available if you prefer), new Bilstien shocks.

I bought this truck to tow the FJ40 I was building... but since the FJ40 project STILL isn't done yet, this F250 has hardly towed at all. Most of the miles I put on the truck were commuting between Morgan Hill and Santa Clara. I work nights, so I'm opposite the traffic, so I'm usually going 70-75 mph (not hard stop and go miles). To give you an idea of how easy of a life this truck has had, I still haven't worn out the original brake pads! I did buy front and rear Motorcraft brake pads and new aftermarket front rotors for its first brake job, but haven't needed to put them on yet.

I've religiously kept the maintenance up to date per the factory maintenance schedule. Oil changes have been every 5k miles using Motorcraft oil and filters. (if you've never changed the oil on a 7.3L you should know its a 14 QUART oil change!)

I was rearended once when the truck was brand new. The only damage was to the chrome factory bumper... which was my excuse to put on the a really nice Hanson Enterprise rear bumper w/integrated backup lights. No other accidents... all the paint on this truck is original.

This has been a VERY reliable truck for me. When it was very new it had a high pressure oil seal blow (repaired under warranty) and about 2 years ago the cam shaft position sensor went out (also repaired under warranty). Thats it! Nothing else has ever gone wrong with it.

Why am I selling it? My father in law needed a truck, so he convinced me to sell him this one. I ran out and bought a new '05 F250 Diesel... unfortunately then my father in law was laid off and wasn't able to buy my truck. This is a bitter sweet sale for me... I had planned to keep this truck for many more years.

This truck gets compliments everywhere I drive it. You won't be disappointed.

Serious inquiries only. I work nights, so I may be asleep when you call. Please leave me a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I'm able.

Scott. 408-202-3434. I can show the truck either in Morgan Hill, or I'll drive it into work and meet you in Santa Clara.
