I'm picking up my LX450 this week so it's time to part with my trusty 4Runner. It's a 1996 with the 3.4 V6, 5spd manual, and E-lock. A pretty rare combination. It has high miles (241k), but it runs great. 4wd shifts in and out smoothly, it shifts great, all windows and moon roof work, I just got done changing the oil 5 minutes ago, I changed all the diff and transfer case fluid with Amsoil about a year ago and had Amsoil in the engine until this oil change. It now has Castrol GTX High Mileage. It does need a A/C belt because it broke off about a month ago. A/C worked great before that. Paint is faded on the hood and roof, and the drivers seat is in dire need of a seat cover. Oh and you have to hold the clutch bypass to start it. The clutch switch was replaced last year but still doesn't work. Not sure what the issue is.

What color is the interior. Just curious since I have a set of tan buckets out of a 95 I believe. The CL shows location to a vacate field. Are you anywhere close to that field?

It's tan leather. I have a field right behind my house. I'm on 83rd and Olive. I'll have to check the CL ad to see where it has me.

I'm back in town and would like to take a look. I wish I could remember what year my seats were out of. Did a little checking I see the switch from 2nd generation to 3rd was 95-96. Guessing 95 seats won't bolt into 96. When I got them was never thinking of using them in a 4Runner so didn't really try to remember the year. Still think they are 3rd generation for reason. Other then a small tear where a yard monkey thru something into the passenger's seat they are in very good shape. Does anyone know if the 2nd generation had adjustable height for the seat belts on the B pillar? I grabbed the seat belts when I bought the seats around 2000.

Yes sir. I've already seen the guy driving it around twice. He already has a lift on it and put the 33's on it I sold with it. It looks good.
