Nice truck. I am not interested in purchasing but have couple of questions
1) are the back seat covers displaying SR5 factory?
2) How did you make the back seats shoulder belts? Is there a kit? I'd like to do that with mine.

1. Yes
2. The previous owner did it. The shoulder belts are bolted to the rear roll bar. I will try to take a picture of them for you.
 
I will have to take a few pics for you.

It does not have really any lift kit on it. Its got the sway- away torsion bars turned up just a little on the front and the OME Dakar springs in the rear.
