New to the forum and wish I could say I would be a regular contributor but chances are poor to nil that I will browse or post very often. Long story short - My 16 year old son and I have braved the Iron Pig world and are building an FJ55 out of parts from two separate vehicles. I picked both up on good deals and would just like to pass along some good deals on the parts that we know we won't be using. Here's what is currently available for pick up in Denton, Texas:
-1975 Frame in excellent shape - no major issues, no title
-4 speed manual tranny and transfer case - easy shifting but don't know anything about the internals.
-Stock front and rear axles, drum brakes
-Carb from a 2F
-A bunch of other parts including seats(need restoring), '73 steering wheel, starter, drivers side front quarter panel(3"x3" cancer spot) and others I can't even remember. I will soon also have most of a '73 body available as well. It has typical floorboard and quarter panel issues but could be useful to someone.
