frustrated

Got a 90' pickup 22re. New fuel tank, pump and rebuilt mount, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor and airfilter. truck ran great for months. Now intermitantly will idle rough and run almost like its down a cylinder on every shift until it hits around 3200 to 3600 rpm and than the power comes back hard.
any ideas?

Clean AFM and throttle body.
