Like the title says, there is frost inside my windows. I left work today, got in and noticed that. I've lived in cold climates all my life and never had this happen before-unlesw something was wrong. But if that was the case there was an antifreeze smell too. Nothing like that today. It was cold today, about 15. What do you think?

Move the air selector lever from re-circulate, to the fresh-air position on the heater control....

Or find where there is the abundance of moisture already in, or getting into the cabin...

Good luck!

Get the cabin retarded hot with the heaters on fresh air. That, in theory, will remove most of the moisture inside the truck unless you have leaks. Then it's a different issue.

my old 40 had this problem had to have an ice scraper inside.
never did really fix it.
that was a looong time ago.

The BEST way to dehumidify the truck is to get it warm and run the heat AND A/C at the SAME time (if it makes it too cold for your liking go to recirc but move back to fresh air as soon as possible). That way you get a dry heat which will suck up and moisture inside the truck.

That clears moisture from my windows in the whole truck in about a minute or two! It'll take a little longer with frost on the windows.

Last night I was out and about Christmas shopping for several hours. The truck got good and warm inside, the air lever is and always has been on fresh. 7 degress this morning and dry as a bone inside. Don't know where the moisture came from, but it's gone now. Thanks for the input.
