Hi,
I'll replace the front/rear O2 sensor and the exaust next week
My LC100 is in Canada for 6 winters now and all these part are really rusty.

Most important question:
Does one of you ever broke an O2 sensor because of the rust?

The nuts on the rear sensors can't be reused, too much rusted...
Looks like they are M6, but hard to say in these conditions.
I guess I will just buy some and try, but if somebody knows what size they are, it would be helpfull.
Same question about the bolt attaching the cats to the exhaust
( I checked on ToyoDiy and FSM, but no indication)

Thanks

I think it's all M8 and maybe some M10.
Most people don't have problems changing the O2 sensors. I however have a spare set of manifolds that I have not been able separate from the sensors so they can rust in pretty badly and heat may be required.

Thanks, I stopped by the dealer and every bolts were in stock

Front O2 sensor replaced... easy on the passenger side but stuck on the driver side.. pretty hard, I would have not be able to remove it if I'd try from the bottom... removing the wheel is definetly the best way to go.

Then spent almost 2 hours to cut/remove the exhaust screws to then discover there's a Damper on the rear side... that' what making the bell noise when idling with transmission engaged... I thought it was something inside the muffler (180000miles, never replaced) I should have get a closer look before ordering the part :hillbilly:

Rear sensor tommorrow (less urgent) and spark plug (Irridium)
