I found the PDF. I am just debating if I really want to drill a hole in the fender as I really don't need it but it would be nice to have.It is missing one washer & one nut. They are missing because the installer didn't install them. I can include them if it is a deal breaker. I believe there is a PDF copy of the template floating around the 80 forum.
