Front License Plate Bracket (2011)

Am I going crazy or is there not an extra front license plate bracket for a 2011 LC200?

The bumper is recessed in the shape of a plate but the nuts (90179-06127?) don’t match up to a standard plate. Does anyone know the part number, or are you just supposed to use self-tappers through the plastic?

Duuuuhhhhh. It now makes sense that those are JDM spaced and not US plate spacing. I’m an idiot
