90159-60416 (the long ones); these secure the mudflaps with a flare
90159-60510 (the stubby ones); these secure the mudflaps without a flare
90159-60182 (the short ones); these were used on the USD models to secure the front corner of the flares (through Jan 1995) (later USD models used a rivet, washer and plastic grommet)

Use your VIN and the Toyota EPC (or a third party version of it, such as PartSouq) and look up Hood & Front Fender in the Body/Interior group to get more info and related parts. FWIW, I'd use the USD EPC pages, because you will not find some parts in the US retail system if they were listed only for models intended for shipment outside the USD market. A lot of parts are shared, but not all of them are.

Thanks alot, I did try to search with my VIN in the catalogues, whilst I mostly find the parts I need these are the ones I cant find..
I do have flares on the fenders, but I dont have the mudflaps, actually the mudflap mounting section has been trimmed down on the flares to allow more space.

For front corners of the flares 90159-60182 great, can these be same for the rear ones too? (first pic two on the bottom).
Also missing the fender arch ones (5pcs each side, second pic).

Sorry, I couldn't tell exactly where your fasteners were, so I gave you all of them I thought you needed.

For the (5) per side you need 90119-06420 (replaced/supercedes 90119-06186). M6 x 1.0, 20-mm long; note this is a machine thread fastener. This screws connects to 90467-11028, Clip.
All the other screws I gave you are self–tapping screws.

I have running boards, so my setup may be different from yours. There are three different fastener pairs (screw/grommet) in rear lowest edge of the flare:
(a) one pair (90159-60510/90189-06196) for the mudflap,
(b) one pair (90159-60416/90189-06196) for the mudflap and running board (these screw/grommet pairs use the longest screws), and
(c) one pair (90159-60182/90189-06005) not covered by either.

» You could use 90159-60182 screws, if you use 90189-06005 grommets with them. Those are one of the three pairs of fasteners I have on my flares, and they are the ones that are not covered by either the mudflap or running board.
» Note: the other grommets, in both positions on the rear lowest edge of the flare are the same. I haven't tried the self–tapping screws with the 90189-06005 grommet.

There is also a rubber bumper, behind the upper rear corner of the OEM bumper, which you cannot see unless you crawl under the truck:

I think it uses

but I'm not positive about that.
