Front end reapir can anyone tell me what this is called? Does anyone have one for sale?

Appears to be part of the "REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY, FRONT BUMPER", part number 5202160120 (assuming 2003 model year). Surprisingly inexpensive in at $196 full retail.

If anybody has another, my 2000 LC needs one bad, we don't have inspections on minnesotta (I just found out, crazy if you ask me) but I still want to be as safe as possible..
