Front door weather stripping

I just had my 60 painted last summer, and had new weatherstripping put on all around. Now the weather stripping on the front doors is cracking at the top back corner. The drivers side is cracked all the way through, seams to be right at a seam, the passenger's side is going that way. What would be the best thing to glue this back together?

you're opening a can of worms there.... if it's already failing, then it's just a losing game in the end.

my 2¢ would be to replace with new OEM and be done with it.
