Ok I took it upon myself to do a front diff Birfield joint seal job and a pinion shaft seal. They both had been leaking for quite sometime. I replaced the shaft seals and all birfield joint seals and repacked bearings. I replaced the pinion seal as it was leaking. So with the job complete I now have a clicking sound coming from the front end from 55 mph and up. The click sounds like someone hitting the highhat cymble of a drum set with it closed. It is a constant click above 55 mph. It is hard to tell if the click increases as the speed increases. But is quiet as a mouse at speeds lower than 55 mph. Not sure what I did wrong. Any ideas anyone? I did re tighten the bearings as I thought this may be the problem, but that was a big zero.
