Front D/S turn signal

Turn signal is constant on when the lights(park, low beam and high beam) are on. Works as designed when DRL are on. Started out the dash lights were blinking with the turn signal then it went to constant on. Fuses all ok seems like the connections are solid. We did get a pretty good snow today. Hopefully it will fix as things dry out, otherwise any recommendations welcome. Thx

It worked! Now I need to order a new wiring harness thanks for the help.
