front bumper on video question

I am new owner of 200 series and coudln't be happier with my choice. I would like to get a front bumper like seen in this video... YouTube - Land Cruiser 2008
does anyone know who the manufacturer is?

That is a Toyota bumper accesory. I think it is the nudge bar offered in the Middle East. I've also seen it with a rounded chrome bar over the grille.
