Hi. Just putting back the brakes but not sure if the tabs on the caliper anti rattle are suppose to snap into the caliper pistons or rest on the outer rim.
I am inserting this first before the rest of the pad fits in, right? Thanks

Assemble the pads and shims. Then snap the pads into the caliper. Pay attention since it only goes in one way. Small piston and large piston on each side.
 
Yeah it goes inside the piston - then the holes (you have in the bottom of your photo) needs to line up on the two pins that you insert through the caliper, the pads, the shims through the other side pad, shims, and caliper.

It really will only go on one way. Have fun!
 
Thanks got it to go.
I inserted the caliper rattle plate first then the oad with shim later. Finished with the top combiner than the pins.
