Just a quick question, as someone who’s trying their first wiring on their 77 series I’m trying to find out a few things.

How are the batteries setup on a 24 volt cruiser?

Based on the arb wiring loom diagram I should just be able to attach to the positive and negative and run the wiring back to where I need it.

Is there anything I should keep in mind to prevent any issues?

Follow arb’s instructions. I’d recommend a fused link and a relay. You should have an aux power box right next to the air box. This can supply the switches power for constant or acc.

I can’t remember what gauge wire I used but it was like awg 10 or 12 I think.
Yes listen to Divemedic and get a fuse holder and solder that in very close to the positive terminal connection right by the battery.
I sheathed the positive wire in plastic braided sleeving all the way to the fridge.
I ran the negative wire from the fridge to the main ground point near the front battery.

I used the factory power outlet box by the air filter. I used The always on function and it’s fused so I’m not sure that you need to add another fuse like the above recommended? If so, Id like to know why there needs to be 2 fuses.

I used The ARB cigarette lighter style socket in the rear of my 73 to plug the ARB outlet into. I like That it’s screw on style. Mounted it on the side of the rear quarter, out of the way.

Two fuses was not recommended. If supplying power from the batteries, a fused link should be added.

The power supply box can be used for switched power when using a relay.
