Freaking Rear Locker Stuck

Two years later, holy thread revival...

Since the 100 isn't the main wheeling rig (see signature), I haven't had time to deal with this, but decided to tackle it today before SnT.

Turns out it was one of the transfer indicator switches. I pulled them all out, and only two of them were working. BTW, it is freaking hard to hold that thing, press it, and check for continuity, but I got it done. I verified, by shorting out their plugs on the truck, and everything worked because the ECU obviously thought everything was engaged.

It was the Low Switch which was out, the one on the rear of the transfer, passenger side. The Neutral Switch was perfect. This whole time my CDL has worked fine and you can hear it engaging. Well, to get the rear locker working, I swapped the Low Switch and the L Indicator Switch (the on on the front of the transfer) as they use the same plug and are the same part number (I think, they are identical). So now, my rear locker works, it engaged the first time I tried it. But now, since I swapped the bad Swithc into the L Indicator Switch position, the CDL light doesn't come on, but it is physically engaged. I can hear it and feel it while driving.

So, the problem is temporarily solved, at least enough to drive the truck with full capability. I'll call the dealer this week and order a new switch. Anybody know how much they cost?
