Frame Rust Repair kits and shop in Ox, MS (1 Viewer)

My Nephew has a 04 4Runner with a frame rust issue. Has anyone used the frame repair kits, or can recommend a specific kit. Also, almost more important does anyone know a shop in Oxford MS?

I have an 80 series and live in STL.
