Frame rust repair in Triad? Also, knuckles (1 Viewer)

Got some rust on the rear end of the frame, need some work - anyone around Winston Salem/Lexington etc that you'd recommend?

Also, I think Im just willing to pay for someone to do my steering knuckles on the 62 - again, who do you recommend?

Blackmon imports in high point can handle the knuckle rebuild. There was a recent ish post on local triad shops that may provide some other options.

Not sure on the frame. How bad is it ?
Just a lil refurb or replace/rebuild?

Some holes on the inside portion of the frame. I shouldve taken pics but did when it was on the lift.
Was at a shop and they kept saying that it'd be 'scabbing' work, just patches
