I'm working on the calendar, is that the right dates for the Fordyce run -August 7-8 and 8-8 Sunday/Monday?

I don't care what anybody says!

I don't care if I have to winch it in pieces!

Dang it I am going to make it over this trail this year!

PERIOD!!!

If you commit to this Michael, I will bring Emmy and we would enjoy wheeling with you. Has these dates been confirmed ?
Saw your pad Tim, nice digs, mud bog time, that field is lookin awful tempting.

If you are mimicking the prior runs I've done, it has been Monday and Tuesday as Dion notes in his plans(of the week before Sierra Trek). You can expect the water levels to drop Monday night.

Now the CFM on fordyce has been crazy high. Not sure if Fordyce lake is stilling spilling.

also, there was a slide on the forest service road from Cisco to Fordyce lake, and the last I heard it had not been cleared. Cisco campground should have some status but I just noted to some guys in Auburn who were headed up there to be prepared for anything. You might not be able to committee out.

My work schedule is very hectic and full for the first two weeks in August and my attendance is questionable, but worst case, I might be able to come up for a day. and if that day is Monday which it is, I'll overnight with my PMC friends at Cisco on Sunday night.

Edit: Also Tim, the Marlin Crawler Round Up is Sept 15 thru the 18th. Many PMC members support and attend this event. I believe the Mog crew will be entering from Tahoe on the Friday, the 16th if anyone is interested. I'm hoping Dave Thomas and Michael D are attending to help support me in MC'ing and calling the raffle.
and... I've been asked to call the raffle for Cantina on the Con this year in case anyone is attending. However, this is Sept 2,3,4, and the holiday on the 5th, which of course is also the FJ45 run.

and of course, McGrew is happening right now, and this is the last official year for Surf N Turf in case anyone did not know.

The plan is still for Sunday to Monday. I'm going to try to make it to Cisco camp grounds Saturday night if any body wants to join.

I'm shooting for Fordyce 2012. After riding shotgun with Roger I can't imagine going without a full cage. lol
On the other hand, Court and I will be going into the Springs on Mon. from Tahoe with a small army of Cobb Mt. off-road folk. We're camping till thurs. so anyone with extra time is sure welcome.
Hope you guys stay safe in those big rocks. :D

Disregard my last post.
Flow is still high. So we will be running the trail Monday leaving Cisco Grove at 9 am and coming out Tuesday. I'll be camping at Cisco Grove on Sunday if anyone would like to join. Sorry for the changes at the last minute. You can run the trail Sunday but the flows are predicted at 300+cfms (fast)
If you have any questions you can email at dionm@sonic.net or call Yodaman

confirmed, dropping the water on Monday.
confirmed, I cannot attend, you all have fun and be safe!

Look for Georg and Bill also. Let me know what you find on the slide.

Work commitments for the week are going to cause me to have to skip this one too.
