I currently have a Leaky Rear Third Member, which is no really big thing, but I also have a broken Inner Axle on the front as well, which is a wheeling trip STOP Sign. Oh and I have not yet gotten a new spare third member either, so until I do NO WHEELIN.
 
I'm working on the Fuel problem I'm still trying to make it, New parts all around and still running Bad, I'm going to call Stiener in about 10 Min, and see if he can make it, Might have to Miss the Trip if I cant get it running Good, I'll get back here and let you know by Thursday afternoon/Evening

Holy S---! That's quite a change in weather from what they were calling for on Mon.
Is this party poopin' out? sounds like we're down to 1-2 rigs maybe.
 
so whats up? Has everyone pretty much backed out? I don't really want to drive all the way up there and be the only one to show. Chainsaw and large tarps need to be added to my list for sure.
 
Honestly John, there are other options for me. this is hunting season and I've still got a B tag and a cabin to go to in the mendo forest. Also a co-pilot that may have access(as of last night when we loaded the rig on the trailer) to a house !/2 hour from cisco grove. Looks like Sat. departure would be the wisest as Fri P.M. looks just plain ugly nasty. I've never been on this trail and would really like to see some of it. Is anyone else even considering this run. I'm kinda torn between being smart and what the hell, let's do it.
 
John, i'm goin' huntin'. I hope we have this weather in two weeks when I'll be in Eastern Oregon hunting the wily wapiti. of course I'll be camping in a wall tent with a wood stove:cheers:
