In the past year I have put into her:
Brand new radiator, Interstate Battery and stainless hold down bracket, New Bosch alternator, belts and hoses, complete rebuild of the rear brake system (wheel cylinders, hardware, etc.) ,new master cylinder, fuel pressure regulator, and pulsation dampener, All new exhaust system with 2 new OEM 02 sensors, Like New Pro-Comp All Terrain Tires 31x10.50. Full tune up, and all fluids flushed/changed including differentials.
She runs a bit rich, but dead reliable. Does not burn oil. NO frame rot! Had a bit of rust in the fenders, but it's been fixed ok, no cancer.
I am short on cash so I need to sell her quick.

(EDIT) I just examined the pics of the underside and I wanted to clarify that the dark rust looking crap is surface only, and I just washed it, it's wet under there.
