That's not a 40 or 45 frame. Looks like land rover.
 
Well okay.. I got it from someone doing a house clean up, one of many items, and I may have gotten it wrong on its original origin.. Guess I will leave the post for a day maybe someone could use it none the less.. Thanks for the comment..
