50 k miles ..... on a hdj80 in Europe ? Any papertrail that proves this over the past 25 years ? Normally it is easy enough to take a look at the oem upholstery , the pedals and some other details to get a good guess at the true mileage but this seems to be all aftermarket on this one.

I had the same concerns, but after living in Spain for three years and purchasing my 70 series there as well I have learned they all have stories. My 70 series was left on a farm for 10 years before I can around and bought it. This one was owned by an old man who had it parked in a garage for 12 years after losing his ability to use his leg but was unwilling to sell it. He passed away and it was purchase by a guy who owns and off road mechanic shop. He did all the upgrades to it. I still have his contact info if you want to reach out. Also there is a trace of records showing the odometer readings as well.
