I am selling my beloved daily driver with under 32K miles. I have another baby on the way and need to get rid of a toy or two (keeping 2 harleys, selling an early bronco and will daily drive an FJ40). Wife has the AWD 2007 Toyota Sienna and wants to use my last garage space.

This M3 convertible is loaded and very nice. It has Nav, SMG, Harmon Kardon, heated seats, 19" wheels and more... baiscally every option available except the power lumber. The sticker price was over $65K of which, almost $9K was factory options - gotta love BMW!).

The only reason I am selling so cheap is the the rear bumper was scratched up in a low speed rear-ending at a red light a few years ago. The bumper was repainted by a BMW facility and you would never know anything ever occurred. This rear-ending does show up on the Carfax - it actually reports that minimal damage occurred. But in the world of M3s, one cannot sell for full price with a blemish on Carfax - so I will take the hit.

According to edmunds, retail is almost $50K, trade in is almost $45K - I put it as "clean" condition, not "outstanding" because of the carfax history. Carmax has offered me $42K and is selling less optioned cars for $52K (2006 - no SMG) and $38K (2004 - with limited options and 45K miles). I will offer it to anyone for $42K rather than have Carmax make a bunch of money off of me. I am not buying another vehicle, so I have to either sell it myself or give it to Carmax. This is a sweet deal for someone.

It is Mystic blue with light grey interior and I have a professionally/custom mounted Rockford Fosgate amp and 10" sub in the trunk (looks like the factory installed it) to get back the bass that is lost in an open air vehicle.

The free maintanence and warranty are active until November of 2008 - almost 18 months and you would have an option to extend from the dealership at that time.

If you are interested call me at 804 291 7250 or email me at abeld@saxonhomemortgage.com and I can get you more details and pics.

Thanks, Dave
