OOPS. I edited the ad. Thanks for the heads up. $6500. I'll add more details when I get a few minutes.

where is the truck and how's the maitenence ie: hg seals etc

I'll ditto what tromz said... interested...

The truck is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. I own an auto garage and the owner of the truck has been trading with me for several years. I have quite a file of all the service that has been performed. He was on road trip and blew the radiator and overheated the engine pretty bad. He threw up the white flag and I bought the truck from him. My mechanics pulled the motor and I sent it out to my machine shop who rebuilt the engine. (It turns out that it wasn't too bad after all - but it got new rings, valve guide seals, all new seals and gaskets etc...) We replaced the radiator, reinstalled the motor (looks like it was never touched) and I have been driving it for a couple of weeks to make sure everything is A OK. The thing starts right up and runs strong - no leaks and all the accessories work perfect. The dash, door panels, glass, headliner and console are perfect. The driver seat is a little torn. The other seats are intact but a little checked and dry. The carpet is in good shape but he spilled some paint in the way back. Other than that, the body and paint are fantastic (for a 14 year old car). I can assist in shipping if someone wants to buy it out of state. Sorry for the long post. If you have any more questions let me know. marshallgerston@gmail.com or 480-560-5532.

Ok lets be more specific. Was your friend the origional owner yes/no. Has ALL scheduled maintainence been performed if not whats been left out . Does NO RUST mean inside out and under or just painted over . In the rebuild were genuine OEM Toyota parts used and ALL factory specs followed? Have you been running only red or green coolant now. What type engine oil was used?? Have hoses belts etc been replaced or did you just reuse the old ones?? Sorry if I sound harsh but deferred maitainence catch -up really sucks. dealing with that now
Hope that covers all the major question that will avoid unnecessary phone calls. Anyone Else feel free to chime in if i missed something
