Food for thought (Meeting)

With everyone's crazy schedules thought I'd through this out early.

So late may/early june club meeting? and mabye incorporate at a close (relative) place to have the meeting on sat. with the option to camp? wheel?

just an idea.

The McGrew pre-run could be the meeting. That's what we did last year.

We just bought a place with a huge shop and plenty of in Medford. All the vehicles could easily park there and do some wrenching and BBQing. I would think we need to do it before the Mcgrew prerun so that we know what we're looking to do on the prerun.

There's really not much to do on the prerun. Both last year and the year before we pretty much drove straight through. There's a bit of trash to clean up, but the Jeepers go through on Fathers day (the pre-run is usually the weekend after), and they clean up the trail pretty well for their run.


A meeting more local than Sourdough would probably draw more people, so that's a bonus point there.
