FM modulator not working for 2004 LC w/ RES

The sound just stopped completely for my 2004 LC with RES. I tried resetting and syncing the FM frequency but all 16 channels just produces static or OTA radio. Is there perhaps a button or setting I stumbled on that may be causing this?

The IR headphone and wired headset works just fine.

Do you have the manual for the RES? It's pretty straightforward to synch the FM; I'm not sure why it's not working on at least one channel if the remote is selecting a radio channel ok. The audio manual and the audio manual with navigation can be found here:

But, I couldn't find the RES manual on this site. Let me know if you'd like me to scan that page in the manual and post it.

Yes, I have the manual and as you stated it's so simple even a caveman can do it. It was working fine up until a day ago however the connection just went away.
