Fluid change recs

I'm going through and changing all the fluids on the 99' 100. Just wondering what ya'll are using and if there are any good recomendations out there? I figure to go full synthetic in everything and was considering taking it to a place to have the tranny fluid exchanged. I'm not sure if anything has ever been touched. It has 90K now and I'll be tackling the timing belt thursday, hopefully we won't loose power when the winds hit.

I do a lot of towing with it and is gets driven daily by the wife in typical city traffic if this makes a difference in fluid recs.

Is the Toyota filter a big difference from a standard off the shelf model? I use Mobil 1 and change every 5K miles, but I use OTS filters from the parts store.

I've heard that toyota filters are above average in filtration and many use them instead of the pricey M1 filter. I use the M1 filter with good results. Please reference the UOA thread for my results from M1 oil and filter.

I have also have used Mobile1 in my VR4 Galant, I bought it new in ’91 and drove it very hard, hitting full boost and redlining it most of the time for 185mi w/ original turbo. I purchased a Japanese replacement engine with low miles and the one that came out looked newer inside! Another testimonial.
