Flapping sound coming from front

Heya guys and gals!

Got a flapping noise coming from the passenger side at highway speeds on a 2010.

Anyone have any ideas? It's a bit annoying...

We had the same issue when the temp was cooler. Tried several attempts to fix at home, finally took it in for service. The dealer added more insulation material under the black plastic cowling cover (the plastic piece under the wiper).

I also had a flapping noise from the passenger side once. I bought her a new diamond ring, no more flapping noise from the passenger side.
