Have a Double Cardone joint (cv) off of a tacoma that I want to put onto the back of my '84 gear drive tcase. Does anyone know the flange pattern? I've found adapters, but dont want to purchase the wrong one. Fairly positive it came after the carrier bearing, but not positive. Thanks!

I found this when researching for my 40. I went with Marlin becuase they sell a flange with 5 differnt patterns. They also sell one the has not been drilled:hhmm: Hope it helps. The Taco has 60mm x 60mm pattern.

All of the flanges referenced share the same pilot flange diameter.

FJ60 FR/RR differential flange (fine spline pinion)
Dia 11.2 on a 66 x 66 pattern

FJ40 FR/RR differential flange (coarse spline pinion)
Dia 11.2 on a 60 x 68.5 pattern

'87 2WD P/U RR Diff flange
Dia 10.2 on a 60 x 60 pattern

'85 FR differential flange

'85 FR t-case flange

Gen I/II Tacoma FR diff flange

Gen I/II Tacoma RR diff flange

Gen I/II Tacoma RR CV flange

Gen III 4Runner RR diff flange

Thanks! I just took a flange off of an old gear drive tcase and drilled it this morning. Marlin was out of the 5 pattern flange.
