Hit up Italian trap to three feathers today, w/ 2 other FJC's. Very nice day, not too many mental midgets out in force. Check out the videos 2nd page and on, sorry I'm not that technologically savy
Not sure if I have inserted the link properly

Air those tires down. You're spinning and bouncing all over the place! :D

That's wall, (I was thinking the same thing, air down or suspension too stiff) edit: he was running @ 18psi, it was a hard line. i did not skip a beat, went right up no problem I was running @ 23 psi(page 3 of thread), all obstacles. I do have a mod to run the atrac up front w/ diff locks in back in conjuction, so it's a little bit different. Did you see the suzuki close to disaster:o Yeah shotts I've seen that video my favorite is the guy asking if you want a spot ( I did the same thing my first time there, no spot just rocked it I was the first stock FJC to do three feathers from my understanding June 2006), I've also seen the pics of brian leading you up the left side, WOW is all I have to say. Thanks for posting a comment! Loving your limo

NOT being a smart ass.....question though:

Why are those FJ's lifting a rear tire in that lower hole?

Are the suspensions bump-stopped?

Sway bar (need a swaybar disco) it has bump stops too-- no offense taken, that hole right now is more dug out than I have seen it in awhile. here is a pic of mine from the back first -right tire is not off ground, but shows some articulation this is Italian trap heading north

Not sure what's on those trucks. But stock the FJC's have the same length shocks as a stock 80, they benefit from longer shocks just like any other solid axle. That said they flex pretty well for a stock truck.

Thank you sir, I haven't been stopped yet, even if the FJC's have t-rex arms!!! I'm trying to put extended bilsteins on the rear to see if I can get some mo flex.

OK...bumpstopped. Makes sense. And yes that hole is big now though I've never lifted a tire in it. That's why I asked.

I wonder which rear shock is the best for the FJ?

I've seen RTI reports for different lifts, and the best I've seen so far @ least on the rear are the bilsteins, I hope someone is able to get some more flex from the t-rex.

Damn....those figs are close to the 100-series! Stock was 563, OME is ~625 and my 100 is ~730. 705 for a bolt-in FJ kit is sweet! You gotta get on that!

That's the allpro system, that was the original setup i wanted, just waiting for them to figure out the bugs in the system, also the cost is wayyy up there. w/ the 35" tires I would also need to regear, and do some more mods to fit tires. Someday I'll get the money together after I do my research.

What bugs? Why so expensive? At 3" the front should only require coilovers like Hoes?

Why so expensive, that's cause they can, I believe they are walker evan coil overs and the front kit costs well here is the site

nice trim huh, can i get her w/ the kit? Donohoes are $1200 just for the front also and I don't know their RTI scores, good product, great reviews. as for bugs, Ive heard of some issues w/ the studs they use (allpro) on the top breaking off, if I'm paying $1200 I want it to be full proof. New products= trouble, just waiting to see what issues there are, I'm not rich so I can't experiment.
