FJC Manual & Rear diff

Hey, I lost my instruction manual that came with my truck, does anyone know if you can get them online, or even better the factory service manuals?

Also I want to change my rear differential oil tomorrow when I extend my diff breather, what grade gear oil shouod I put in there, 75w-90? And how much, if someone could look that up for me that would be great. Many thanks!

Just to let you know at 18k I changed my diff oil along with trans and transfer case to royal purple synthetic(it is 75w-90). I wanted longevity and I was hoping for a little better gas mileage like .2 or .3 more mpg, but to my surprise I'm averaging 1.4 mpg more. I think all the oil cost me about $90, but with the gas prices, I was able to recoup that in a couple of months. I have the mt with all wheel drive so I'm sure it benefits more then the auto with part time 4 wheel drive would, but I'm sure it's still worth the change. Oh and the transmission shifts like it has a 100,000 miles on it, it's so smooth
