Fj62 temp gauge..

The temp gauge on my Fj62 doesn't register for some reason. Truck isn't overheating by any means but its not registering. The needle stays on C the entire time. Fues? broken? thermostat? Thoughts?

I am thinking either gauge or sender. It doesn't sound too serious..You can unplug the sender wire and BREIFLY ground it and see if the gauge moves. Do not hold it to ground because it can damage the gauge. Use 2 people and one touch the sending wire to ground while the other watches the gauge.
