FJ62 Inspection in Costa Mesa?

Hi, I am just checking to see if anyone would be willing to take a look at a FJ62 for me in Costa Mesa (I am in Texas). The transmission is gone so it doesn't move and there is rust at the roof line. But other than that it looks great! Seriously, if anyone is interested and can help me out, just let me know how I can make it worth your time.

You just want pics taken? I know 80's but not 60/62's. I'm close in Irvine (next door to Costa Mesa). You wouldn't be the first Texan I've helped look at a cruiser in Costa Mesa! Helped El Mariachi look at an 80 a couple of years back.

Hey Brentbba,

I sent you a pm, but yes I am looking for someone to take photos and give the cruiser a general once over. I have been told that it all works well except the transmission just went out. If anyone knows of a way to get this cruiser to someone who can see if there is a quick fix on the transmission that would be awesome. The seller is a great guy, but understandably he wants this off his driveway asap and there are others in line as well. My goal is to swap in a H55, but in the meantime it sure would be great if it moved. Thanks again for your time.

FJ62 Inspection (Now in SM)

Hi all,

The one in Costa Mesa turned out to the way too rusty, but I found another one in Santa Monica that looks and sounds great. I am waiting for pics form the seller but I was wondering if anyone on the westside might be wiling to take a look for me?
