Wanted FJ62 front brake discs in San Francisco (1 Viewer)

Hey I'm in a bit of a fix and need front brake discs for an FJ62.

Just inspected mine because they felt funny and discovered that the pads were all the way down and the disc was so thin on the back it pushed through with a toothbrush...

Might also need calipers as at least one seems seized.


I need to find something fast because I'm parked on the street in San Francisco in the city. Can't drive the truck like this at all, don't really have anywhere to tow it to. I'm hoooping to find someone in San Francisco or close enough to get parts super soon... because I'm in a major bind!

I've just realized these can be had new much cheaper than I imagined. Perhaps someone can advise me on a good parts house that might stock these in San Fran? I'd rather avoid Toyota, I'm guessing they're at least twice the price of cruiserparts.net

napa and autozone have them for $45 or less.

Thanks a bunch. Now I feel kinda dumb about posting this thread, but happy. For some reason I confused myself thinking a toyota parts catalog had them at $650 a pop. Never having done major brake work before I was was easily spooked.
