Hi

New to the site and to the Land Cruiser world.

I just picked up a 89 FJ62 and have been getting it trail/road worthy. So far have done a Black Rock and Crystal Peak (aboveDoyle, Ca) trip.

I am concerned about the stock exhaust runnung under the drivers side frame rail. Not a veru good design from the factory.

Can anyone recommenr a exhaust shop in the Reno/Sparks area who would be able to build me an exhaust which would eliminate one of th cats and do away with the pipe running under the frame?

I have been searching the Mud site but haven't found much.

Thanks, Roger from Susanville.

Val Halla on Gentry should be able to. I had him run new pipe on my Rover before I sold it and it was done right for a fair price.

Check zambonis muffler shop too.
He did a NASTY exhaust run for me from the headers back.
It was about 450 for the whole thing and he and the guy that works for him worked 8 full hours on it.
He's an old timer and been in the biz for 40 or 50 years.

Great, thanks. I'll check them out.

No.
That place is now out of business.
Zamboni IS the original Mr. Z
He is on 4th street down towards the overpass on the N side of the street.
